We are looking for a passionate Engineering Technician to join our team in the future! This role is for an automotive client and is located in Princeton, IN.

Graduates of an Automation/Robotics degree without work experience are also encouraged to apply.

Engineering Technician Description of Duties:
- Online/Offline robot programming
- PLC programming
- Run trials and adjust parameters
- Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards
- Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis
- Evaluate Quality of parts using elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite
- Create Hand Over Documents and snapshots of the robot processes
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word
Engineering Technician Requirements:
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Able to analyze problems and strategies better solutions
- Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
- Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years of technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Engineering Technician - Bonus if you have:
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- PLC programming experience
- Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
- Experience with Digital Engineering
- Additional related certifications
