Salary: $140,000-$160,000 + Benefits

Overview:


Our partner is seeking a data-driven visionary to lead the analytics function for its global loyalty programs, focusing on customer behavior and creating innovative offerings across North America and Europe. This role blends strategic foresight, technical aptitude, and collaboration with technology teams to strengthen customer loyalty in a fast-paced retail setting.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global customer and marketing analytics team across various regions.
  • Act as a data-driven advisor to the Loyalty and Marketing teams, aligning with their priorities while identifying opportunities and recommending actions based on insights.
  • Drive advancements and collaborate with technology teams to establish an exceptional customer analytics platform.
  • Fulfill all descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics needs for Circle K’s loyalty programs.
  • Own, refine, and implement a Loyalty Analytics Strategic Roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Assume ownership of loyalty and customer data, including the associated data value chain, and act as the primary decision-maker.
  • Spearhead analytics efforts to consistently enhance the value generated by the loyalty program.



Qualifications and experience

  • A higher degree in an analytical discipline like Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar, preferred, but higher business degrees will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering results from customer loyalty programs, preferably from a large sized retailer.
  • Experience from implementation of a CDP will be a competitive advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and in any geography.
  • Ability to effectively drive change through data in a matrixed organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of effectively converting strategy to deliverables.
  • Familiarity with modelling and attribution techniques.
  • Experience within Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Media Analytics is a plus.
