Title: Director of Marketing Analytics & BI

Location: Omaha, Nebraska (Can provide relocation assistance)

Industry: Ecommerce


We are currently working with a consumer facing organization that is looking to bring in a leader to head up the strategic utilization of Data Analytics to drive decision-making across their Marketing function.


The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with marketing and operations to deliver customer insights, optimize investments, and drive growth. Leverage advanced analytics, AI, and customer modeling to enhance personalized experiences and ensure operational excellence. Ideal for a results-driven leader passionate about strategy, analytics, and cultivating a data-driven culture.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Analytics, or Marketing; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with an emphasis on marketing strategies and customer insights.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and key performance metrics like LTV, CAC, Media ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and utilizing AI for personalized customer engagement.
  • Skilled in using data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, SAS).
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, with knowledge across EVARs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a lean team of Marketing Data Analysts, while also partnering with stakeholders across marketing, finance, and IT
  • Measure customer performance metrics across lifetime value, retention, customer acquisition cost an more.
  • Develop customer models to determine multi-channel contact depth and evaluate incrementality.
  • Collaborate with IT to leverage Web Analytics tools to enhance customer journey and improve conversion funnels.
  • Manage the CDP to enhance segmentation and leverage AI for strong personalization capabilities.
