What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for any clients or visitors that walk into the office.
- Collaborate with the HR team to provide support in areas such as welcoming new employees, issuing key fobs, and gathering new hire equipment.
- Maintain an asset log and assignments of company issued equipment.
- Work on special projects surrounding office improvements.
- Serve as an administrative assistant to our company executives to assist in scheduling meetings, gathering data and more.
- Respond to emails and phone calls within 24-48 hours, forwarding calls to the appropriate party if unable to assist.
- Monitor and order office supplies when needed.
- Daily sorting and distribution of mail, including scanning and filing documents.
What you’ll need:
- Experience or interest in Human Resources.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to plan ahead and consistently multitask.
