Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our human resources operations. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR functions, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and employee education.
  • Support the accounting department with weekly payroll and related tasks, such as payroll
  • changes, promotions, terminations, and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company
  • standards and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes,
  • scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communications
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and
  • employees are seamlessly integrated into the company.
  • Prepare and submit required HR reports to management.
  • Support the coordination of employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Monitor training completion and evaluate its effectiveness.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment


Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar industry. Experience
  • supporting accounting with payroll activities is a plus
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
