Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $70K-80K/YR

Location: Fort Worth, TX - onsite

Schedule: M-F during core business hours

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory control operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Monitor and analyze stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Maintain and improve inventory management practices (e.g., FIFO, LIFO).
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed to support logistics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment involving high-volume stock management.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with inventory control techniques, including FIFO and LIFO.
• Flexibility to work additional hours to meet production demands.
