LHH is actively seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Marengo area. This role is responsible for working closely with key clients to ensure a high level of service throughout the purchasing and delivery process. This is a HYBRID opportunity.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
- Lead a team of coordinators including monitoring KPIs and annual reviews
- Forecasting and demand planning
- Lead and manage inventory management including designing/optimizing inventory management systems, ensure finished good inventory meets customer needs, audit on hand inventory, and research discrepancies
- Identify areas of improvement, create and implement SOPs
- Departmental reporting
- Work directly with customers to ensure relationship success
- Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain
- ERP experience
- Advanced Excel
- Highly analytical
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
