Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer

• Location: Dallas, TX

• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

• Length: Until 4/2025 (Contract extension expectation)

• Pay Rate – $30.40 hourly

• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.

What You'll Do:

• Investigate, experiment, and implement processes to maximize productivity
• Provide tactical coaching on Lean Methodology and Continuous Improvement Techniques (Six Sigma)
• Provides manufacturing with packaging and technical engineering support to implement new products and processes into production
• Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement by actively managing projects to improve overall quality
• Continuously challenges the status quo understood as a day-to-day activity in the section/business unit
• Proactive problem-solving on the basis of statistical analysis of corrective actions/assigned by the Manufacturing Manager, QA, EHS projects
• Implementation of technical, and technological developments based on proactive problem-solving
• Acting according to the EHS agreement guidelines
• Selection and development of tools and fixtures for improvements
• Detailed technical specifications with EHS, ABS and quality aspects for tools and fixtures

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering
