Required
- Master's Degree or other approved education plan. Required.
- 5+ years applicable experience. Required
- BSN. Required
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and or/has an active compact license, in accordance with the law and regulation. Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- MUST HAVE MIN 5-7 YEARS OF CURRENT DIRECTOR EXPERIENCE IN A LARGE ACUTE CARE SETTING AND HAVE PROVEN RESULTS IN PATIENT EXPERIENCE, METRICS
- HIRING MANAGER DOESN'T WANT TO CONSIDER INTERIM CANDIDATES
- MUST HAVE LARGE HOSPITAL EXP- ED AND TRAUMA DESIGNATIONS (LEVEL 1 & 2)
- Reports to Division Chief Nurse Executive
