Leads strategic planning and business development for the service line and identifies opportunities to drive differentiation and improve the overall quality and delivery of services provided.

Required

• Master's Degree or other approved education plan. Required.
• 5+ years applicable experience. Required
• BSN. Required
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and or/has an active compact license, in accordance with the law and regulation. Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• MUST HAVE MIN 5-7 YEARS OF CURRENT DIRECTOR EXPERIENCE IN A LARGE ACUTE CARE SETTING AND HAVE PROVEN RESULTS IN PATIENT EXPERIENCE, METRICS
• HIRING MANAGER DOESN'T WANT TO CONSIDER INTERIM CANDIDATES
• MUST HAVE LARGE HOSPITAL EXP- ED AND TRAUMA DESIGNATIONS (LEVEL 1 & 2)
• Reports to Division Chief Nurse Executive
