Large healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Case Management! (RN or MSW)

Responsible for the assessment, planning, coordination, development and evaluation of the Case Management program. This includes the functions of case management, utilization management, discharge planning and social services.

• Licensed Social Worker, MSW required OR Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN
• Has a current Social Worker OR Registered Nurse license in the State of Nevada.
• A Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience required and a minimum of two (2) years progressive Case Management leadership experience.
