Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of architectural designs and construction documents using REVIT for various building types and project scales.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the design and construction documentation meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints.
- Produce detailed and accurate 3D models, floor plans, sections, elevations, and other architectural drawings in REVIT.
- Review and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements during the design and documentation phases.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented during construction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Assist in the coordination of project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Manage the preparation of presentations and reports for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure as an Architect (preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT and BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building systems.
- Experience working on large-scale, complex projects (commercial, residential, institutional).
- Familiarity with architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Project management experience, including working with budgets, timelines, and client coordination.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes.
