HRIS Analyst

Full time permanent role, 5x a week onsite in Birmingham Alabama

Day to day:

• Technical and functional day to day responsibilities: Audits, process reviews, process improvements/automation, system implementation
• Manage employee records, troubleshooting, testing, debugging (purchased and custom), work with vendor partners
• Technical support and system admin of HRIS system, reporting, test scripts
• HRIS related projects, vendor liaison.
• Implementing HR software, help with issues related to HR software, support payroll and timekeeping from a technical standpoint and train
• Developing data exports for HR reporting, queries and fixing formatting to ensure accurate uploads.

Required:

• 3+ years HRIS experience - open to Workday, Kronos, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft etc. Workday most ideal
• Integration Experience
• Experience with both the HR and Technical side of HRIS from an HR standpoint (not finance or supply chain)
• 5 days on-site
• well versed in reporting, supporting upgrades/implementations (analysis not leading).
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Workday is the preferred system, but they are more focused on someone with general HRIS that has both the HR and Technical skills that is looking for a full-time home.
