The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in mergers and acquisitions and be able to hit the ground running providing immediate support on existing matters.

• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare documents related to M&A matters

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school, at least 2 years experience in M&A work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
