Responsibilities

• Analyze samples : Use scientific techniques to identify compounds and determine the quantity of compounds in a sample
• Develop processes and products : Contribute to the development of new pharmaceuticals and other chemical compounds
• Design instruments : Create instruments used in analytical analysis
• Validate results : Use calibration and standardization to verify the accuracy of results
• Interpret data : Record data and evaluate experiments and analyses
• Communicate results : Present results to relevant teams and publish research in scientific journals
• Physical and process observations
• Evaluations and interpretation of data
• Troubleshooting and maintaining various laboratory instrumentation

Strong background in chemistry, Proficiency with computers and scientific instrumentation, Good communication skills, Ability to follow strict guidelines for documentation, and Awareness of health and safety issues.
