We’re on the hunt for an Account Supervisor to join our evolving client services team and bring energy, expertise, and personality to everything we do. 


Notably, this role will own and oversee the marketing account management for one of our favorite clients – a mission-driven tech startup. You’ll manage deliverables, timelines, campaign reporting, and business reviews, ensuring our work drives results and aligns with the client’s goals. Beyond marketing oversight, you’ll consult on the client’s product implementation processes, customer success strategies, and related initiatives.


Flexing your expertise, you’ll take the lead on fringe tech projects such as web apps, mobile apps, and websites, supporting these clients with both strategic direction and tactical execution. This hybrid role offers the chance to work across technical and marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver high-impact results.


What we're looking for in an Account Supervisor: 

  • Partner with clients, external resources, and our internal team to deliver marketing programs and technical solutions that drive results through content, social, digital, video, and website-related initiatives.
  • Take full ownership of our mission-driven tech startup client, managing both marketing/campaign deliverables and providing strategic consulting on product implementation and customer success.
  • Lead fringe tech projects, including web apps, mobile apps, and websites, ensuring deliverables are executed seamlessly and align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team and creative minds to uncover client business/marketing goals and bring new ideas to our clients. 
  • Own agendas, notes, meeting preparation, brand workshop logistics, client satisfaction, deliverables, timelines, and more for a dedicated account list.
  • Serve as both the voice of the client and the voice of the agency as you bring everyone to the table.
  • Prepare scopes of work, proposals, client presentations, and whatever else may be needed to serve our clients exceptionally.
  • Pull analytics reports and other key metrics to show clients a return on investment (ROI) and key optimizations to continue to grow.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to create memorable moments, showcase our commitment, and promote the agency brand. 
  • Manage client budgets and work closely with the finance and leadership team to oversee deliverables and client billing.


Key Qualifications

  • 6+ years of agency experience preferred, with a focus on marketing account management and managing technical projects (e.g., web apps, mobile apps, websites).
  • Experience acting as a strategic advisor to clients, translating complex technical challenges into actionable marketing and implementation strategies.
  • Fluency in technology, with bonus points for prior experience with CRMs, SaaS platforms, or tools like HubSpot.
  • A creative, solutions-oriented individual passionate about delivering results for B2B/branding/marketing clients.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a high level of “presence” in client conversations.
  • Experience leading or supporting platform rollouts, webinars, or customer training initiatives is a plus.
  • Solid attention to detail and QA skills, ensuring work is delivered in its most polished state.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and sees every task as an opportunity to make an impact.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, events, and conferences as needed.
