Title: Sales Assistant/Account Development Executive
Location: Travel Role Monday Through Thursday - Remote Friday's
Comfortable commuting to Fargo, ND or West Fargo, ND or Detroit Lakes, MN or Fergus Falls, MN or Alexandria, MN within 50 miles of these locations.
Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr (Uncapped Commission)
Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ year of experience in a metrics based sales environment • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Field sales is a plus • Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency • Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)
Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting local residential complexes to adopt retail lockers to their lobbies for tenant usage. You will work alongside a Business Development Managers and other local Account Development Executives to visit prospective residencies, pitch the retail locker opportunity, qualify the business, guide the business through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate installation. This role requires daily travel (up to two+ hours driving distance each way depending on territory) and access to a reliable vehicle.
