Key Responsibilities:

Respond to leads and grow a base of HVAC installers, contractors, and distributors.

Provide timely quotes, manage orders, and resolve customer/vendor issues using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Collaborate across teams to ensure project deadlines are met and a seamless customer experience is delivered.

Assist with administrative tasks during a 6-12 month training period, gaining valuable insights into the industry.

Actively engage in marketing campaigns, customer support, and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For:

? Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of industry experience preferred.

? Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

? Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

? A background in HVAC is a plus!
