Role: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation : $300k OTE + Equity

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, focusing on net-new business and land-and-expand strategies.
- Meet and exceed a Quota of $1â1.2 million.
- Develop solutions for use cases across various industries
- Collaborate with the team in-office at least three days per week to foster innovation and teamwork.
Requirements
- Experience : 5â8 years in enterprise sales, with a technical background (AI, DevOps, security tech).
- Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDICC and SPICED, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Startup-ready: You thrive in fast-paced environments without pre-built playbooks.
- Comfortable managing technical conversations without requiring SE or tech support in initial calls.
- Product-led growth (PLG) experience is a plus
- Consistent track record of closing large deals and working with notable logos.
