Business Development Representative

Location: St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa Parishes

Salary: $40,000-85,000 base + commission

Must-Haves:

• Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in waste, environmental services, or a related industry.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for client relationships.
• Self-Starter: Goal-oriented, able to work independently, and thrives in a team environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with waste management services, recycling, and sustainability
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales tools.
• Valid Driver’s License: Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Day-to-Day:

• Our client has been a trusted provider of waste management solutions since 1998. They offer a range of services, including the disposal of household garbage, construction and demolition debris, and other non-hazardous trash. The client operates multiple solid waste transfer stations and provides reliable and economical waste disposal solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across St. Tammany, Washington, and Tangipahoa Parishes.
