Responsibilities:
- Review, reconciliation, Entering Orders, and client feedback on purchase orders.
- Updating and reporting to clients on shipment status and backorders.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives in all aspects including open sales order reporting, backorder issues, quality issues, and onboarding new clients.
- Collaborate with clients, engineering, and management to ensure new products are developed and approved.
- Demonstrate a positive work attitude that is initiative-taking and ensures our client’s needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work with Management and Outside Sales to Address any open issues for our clients.
- Work in Office (Ogden, UT).
Minimum Qualifications:
Prefer 3+ years of Experience in Inside Sales in the Automotive, Truck and Trailer, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Industrial Markets.
Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (SalesForce, Oracle, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals.
Willing to make outbound calls and correspondence to develop new clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management experience is a plus.
Bi-lingual (Spanish or Mandarin) is a big plus!
