Scope and Responsibilities
- Sr. Manager with extensive experience in the sale of raw materials for the packaged and processed food industry and for the chemical industry. Committed to continued sales growth, building strong customer relationships and the growth of potential clients.
- Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic planning and development of the Marketing and Sales Management, in search of the profitable growth of the company.
- Direct the sales strategy to guarantee profitability, permanence and participation in the sector.
- Actively participate in portfolio management and control.
- Participate and support area activities focused on the growth of the company.
- Support the different areas of the Company, regarding activities related to commercial management.
- Lead market research and intelligence to decipher the competition's strategy and generate market entry strategies.
- Participate in demand planning to project sales volumes in different markets and different product lines.
- Guarantee compliance with all standards, policies, regulations, procedures, instructions and instructions of the systems that exist in the company: ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FSMA, BASC, ML/FT, Health and safety at work, road safety.
- Know and comply with the safety instructions and standards applicable to your workplace to control and reduce dangers, risks and emergencies.
Key Selection Criteria
- ERP (SAP, Quickbooks, etc.).
- Native or Advanced English.
- Quality Management System Standards, Food Safety and Supply Change Safety regulations (FSSC22000, ISO9001, HALAL, KOSHER, SMETA, FSMA, BASC).
