As a Client Relations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and strengthening client relationships. Working closely with senior marketing and sales professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, campaign strategy, and client management, while contributing to the success of our telecommunications clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, delivering effective solutions and support in a timely manner.
  • Promote and recommend clients’ latest products and services to customers, providing personalized and impactful solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and execute campaigns that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Drive revenue through sales efforts, referral pipelines, and initiatives that build client loyalty.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold exceptional customer service standards and foster a collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales, marketing, or client relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address varied customer needs and scenarios.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results for clients and the company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
