Zendrop is seeking to hire a motivated Junior Sales Representative to build relationships with prospective clients and support the sales team in driving growth. This entry level role will be given warm leads and taking them through the sales process. We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, gain hands-on experience in the sales process, and contribute to the company's growth. Compensation: $40,000 salary + commission
Primary Job Duties:
- Responsible for receiving and managing warm leads handed off from the outreach team through Whatsapp
- Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Follow up on client interactions to build strong relationships and trust becoming the clients point of contact
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM system (Hubspot)
- Meet and exceed weekly quotas
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry (Dropshipping) trends to effectively address client inquiries
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns.
- Ability to guide clients through the sales process and close deals confidently.
- Skilled in overcoming objections, and negotiating effectively on the spot.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and document client interactions accurately.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing follow-ups, and meeting deadlines to exceed quotas.
- Flexibility to learn and stay updated on product knowledge and dropshipping industry trends.
- Ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Willingness to work closely with the outreach team and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
