Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, evaluations, and assessments with a variety children, adolescents, and adults. Ages 2+
- Determine testing results to develop and write phycological reports
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Counsel clients individually or in group sessions to foster positive mental health and growth
- Counsel family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, or supporting clients
- Maintain client-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms, client diagnostic records, and progress notes.
- Maintain confidentiality
- Perform crisis interventions with clients, including suicide threat
Qualifications:
- PhD or Psy.D in Psychology from an accredited university
- Current Wisconsin License to practice
- Strong Clinical skills with the ability to empathize with a wide range of individuals
- Positive, growth-oriented personality
- Commitment and eagerness to grow a thriving clinical practice
Preferred Experience:
- Psychological testing related to ASD, Developmental Delays, and psychological conditions
Examples of test used: TOVA, ADOS2, CARS, WISC-V, DBRS and ADI R)
- Writing high quality diagnostic testing reports in a timely manner
- Providing effective individual and family psychotherapy to a variety of children and adults
- Experience and insight with a wide range of evidenced-based interventions
