Job Description

A leading behavioral health organization is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological services to individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. This role focuses on supporting patients experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct assessments, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions for individuals and groups across the Greater Seattle Metro and Rural Washington area.


Our team specializes in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services for adult and geriatric populations. We foster a collaborative and supportive culture with hands-on leadership and are looking for professionals who share our commitment to providing top-quality mental health care.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultations in-person and remotely using Tele-Health technology.
  • Maintain detailed clinical records, including treatment plans, interventions, and progress notes, using our EMR system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  • Support Skilled Nursing Facilities with the implementation of specialized behavioral support programs.
  • Educate patients and families on psychological issues and provide counseling to assist in managing disorders.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Licensed and Board Certified Psychologist in the State of Washington.
  • NPI (National Provider Identifier).
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus.


Skills:

  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Athena experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail.
  • Organized, flexible, and able to function under pressure.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive earnings: $120,000 to $160,000 annual salary.
