DETAILS:
The Project Manager will oversee strategic technology projects for CCAP, ensuring alignment
with the objectives of the Wisconsin Court System. The role includes project initiation, planning,
monitoring, and closure, with responsibilities like managing resources, ensuring project
milestones are met, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. The position operates under the
supervision of the Deputy Chief Information Officer and is expected to exercise independent
judgment in managing projects effectively.
The role requires delivering initiatives supporting CCAP’s objectives, refining project
management methodologies, documenting status and constraints, coordinating change
management, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
? PM experience in software departments or teams – at least 3 years.
? Experience working with vendors on software selection – at least 3 years.
? Strong planning abilities for projects – at least 5 years.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
? Leading projects for software selection for business teams.
? Leading MS SharePoint development projects with contractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
