The primary role of the Infrastructure Operations Analyst within the AV/Multimedia Team is to assist users with their AV needs and to ensure that the AV technology is working properly at all times. This includes but is not limited to testing and setting up calls, making or coordinating repairs of systems, training users on the use of the technology, working with other entities within the organization and providing feedback to Design Engineers regarding system performance and possible changes based on observations of space utilization. Responsible for service delivery across all technology domains and all consumers, including execution of all backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities.

• Works independently within guidelines and policies for ongoing work; may receive general mentoring on new assignments

• Takes immediate actions to resolve technology service disruptions when they occur

• Evaluates and acts on the production readiness for technology solution implementations and application deployments

• Analyzes performance trends and crafts action plans to address potential impacts prior to impacts occurring

• Mentors more junior members of the team

• Actively helps team members and makes suggestions to improve practices
