We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in AI and machine learning to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with our AI/ML development team to ensure that projects progress on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the AI/ML team.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions.
• Manage project timelines, identify and manage risks, and monitor progress against project goals.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the product owner and development team to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
