An international automotive component manufacturer in the Farmington Hills, MI area is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager responsible for overseeing the company's network, server and security systems. This is a full time and direct hire position with benefits.

IT Infrastructure Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure team
• Maintain the company's IT infrastructure systems
• Manage IT projects, including budgets, time lines and business processes
• Ensure IT security requirements are being met
• Manage and improve backup systems
• Maintain system documentation
• Other duties as assigned by upper management

IT Infrastructure Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business
• At least 8 years of experience with Server and Network administration
• At least 8 years of experience with Linux administration using CentOS and/or Ubuntu
• At least 5 years of experience with virtualization (VMWare)
• At least 5 years of experience with storage technologies
• At least 5 years of experience managing an IT department and personnel
• Ability to travel up to 75 percent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
