Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to drive successful implementation and adoption of large-scale digital and process transformation initiatives. As a key team member, you'll develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring minimal resistance and maximum employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and tailor communication approaches.
- Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops and materials.
Risk Management and Improvement
- Proactively identify potential risks and barriers to change adoption.
- Develop contingency plans and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
Evaluation and Advisory
- Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support on change management best practices.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of organizational change experience.
- Proven experience in complex, technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Desirable Qualifications
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Experience in manufacturing environments and SAP.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with strategic mindset.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring and technology.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Training database experience.
