Organizational Change Management Specialist

Target contract length 2 years


Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to drive successful implementation and adoption of large-scale digital and process transformation initiatives. As a key team member, you'll develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring minimal resistance and maximum employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy

  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and communication campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and tailor communication approaches.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops and materials.

Risk Management and Improvement

  • Proactively identify potential risks and barriers to change adoption.
  • Develop contingency plans and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

Evaluation and Advisory

  • Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support on change management best practices.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of organizational change experience.
  • Proven experience in complex, technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and SAP.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strategic mindset.
  • Passionate about teaching, mentoring and technology.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Training database experience.
