The pay range for this role is CAD $130000 - CAD $ 160000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in human resources / psychology / finance / marketing / technology
- Organizational Change Management Certification - PROSCI or equivalent certification
- Minimum experience of 12 – 18 years including good working experience in IT Projects
- Must have managed at least 2 - 4 full lifecycle projects as a change management specialist.
- Understanding on methodologies of Change Management, Project Management are essential.
- Experience of working in the Project Management environment would be preferred.
- Exposure to People Management, Communications Management Roles would be advantage.
- Experience of working with business consulting companies delivering change is preferred.
- Travelling and working experience in different geographies would be an advantage.
Desired Capabilities:
- Strong professional experience in management consulting, organizational development, coaching, visual communications, change management, or related field expertise.
- Assessing stakeholder landscape, OCM maturity, and change-business impact to define appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Determining the success metrics and KPI’s that can be used to measure the success of the OCM project and adjust plans as needed.
- Define OCM strategy with related concepts to manage change within the impacted organization successfully.
- Contribute to OCM capability building across the organization and create feedback mechanisms.
- Experience across the high-tech or professional service industry is highly preferred.
- A track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and the ability to manage those relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, e.g. experience of applying any of the well-known Change Methodologies
- Experience with delivery as part of a global engagement team with required business acumen.
- Change management experience in leading corporations through business model redesign, ERP projects, organizational restructuring, acquisition, and post-merger integration is a plus.
- Intercultural experience & multi-language skills are needed.
