Job Description

General Function:

The primary responsibility of the Client Executive is to maintain and grow profitable long term client relationships through effective account governance, including driving high client satisfaction and fulfillment of commercial obligations while developing and maintaining strategic relationships both internally and with the client.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of account governance to achieve strategic, operational, and commercial objectives.
  • Develop and expand relationships across the client's organization to understand their business needs and formulate a roadmap for Pomeroy to assist in achieving their objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders to better position Pomeroy within the account.
  • Manage the P&L of assigned client engagements to ensure budget compliance and overall profitability including achievement of quarterly and annual financial objectives.
  • Operate as a trusted advisor by keeping abreast of new developments in IT services as well as client's industry.
  • Maintain frequent and effective client communications including leading quarterly business reviews.
  • Leverage and work effectively with Pomeroy service delivery leaders and their teams to meet and exceed client obligations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to grow revenue and increase profitability.
  • Engage senior level stakeholders within Pomeroy as an integral component of strategic account management.
  • Operate as an advocate for the client while also fostering the client into a Pomeroy advocate.

General Responsibilities:

  • Must have excellent presentation skills and ability to lead client meetings, involving all levels of both client's and Pomeroy's management.
  • Must demonstrate excellent writing skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, decision making, team building, and organizational skills.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science preferred.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15)years of enterprise account management experience.
