The Developer Link has partnered with an NYC based YC backed AI startup that is searching for a Head of Engineering to join the team. You'll be working directly alongside the Founders to build out both their product and their engineering team in NYC.

The set up:

• Onsite 5 days a week (Office is in Flatiron)
• Current Company size of 2 (5+ open headcount)
• Current Eng team size of 0 (You + multiple open headcount)
• 60% hands on 40% management
• $200-250k base depending on experience
• + equity options

The tech stack:

• Python
• JavaScript
• TypeScript

The person:

• CS Degree from top school
• 7-10 years Engineering experience
• Strong experience across their stack (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript)
• Have built products from 0-1
• Worked for a VC backed Seed / Series A startups
• Experience leading and growing engineering teams
• High ownership
• Low ego
• Desire to work in person, for a fast paced, early stage startup
