Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Big Data solutions using Scala and Spark.
• Architect and implement efficient data pipelines for processing large datasets.
• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive improvements in data infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Manage and mentor a team of Big Data engineers, fostering collaboration and skill growth.
• Design and enforce best practices for Big Data processing, storage, and management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust solutions.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are met throughout processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Big Data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Big Data solutions with business objectives.
