Role Summary
Join our clients dynamic IAM practice specializing in Okta and SailPoint solutions. This role blends client-facing tasks with high-quality deliverables, including polished proposals, product research, and daily project coordination. You'll assist with lead qualification, handle diverse tasks independently, and occasionally cover calls or attend conferences (up to 25% travel).
Key Responsibilities

• Client Deliverables : Craft professional PowerPoint decks and proposals.
• Client Interaction : Join screening calls, qualify leads, and guide discussions as needed.
• Research : Conduct rapid IAM/security product research with actionable summaries.
• Problem-Solving : Address ambiguous challenges with minimal oversight.
• Coordination : Track action items, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups.
• Event Representation (Preferred): Attend conferences and client site visits.

Qualifications

• Consulting Experience : 2+ years in consulting or equivalent client-facing roles.
• Presentation Skills : Advanced PowerPoint and documentation expertise.
• Technical Aptitude : IAM/security knowledge is a plus, with training provided.
• Independence : Solve 80% of challenges autonomously.
• Adaptability : Exceptional communication and quick thinking under pressure.
• Pace : Proven ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
• Bonus : Interest in automation or tool-building.

First 3 Months Success

• Deliver polished proposals with minimal revisions.
• Confidently lead or contribute to client calls.
• Provide impactful product research and insights.
