Job Title: Senior HVAC Installer

Job Overview: We’re seeking an experienced EPA-certified HVAC Installer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the field. You’ll be responsible for installing a wide range of HVAC systems, including RTUs, boilers, furnaces, A/Cs, ductwork, mini-splits, heat pumps, water heaters, and unit heaters. You should be a problem solver with a strong performance history and the ability to mentor and guide less experienced technicians. A focus on quality over speed, strong communication skills, and a reliable, trustworthy attitude are essential for this role. If you’re driven, enjoy working with customers, and are eager to grow your skills and career, this is the perfect opportunity. Experience with Service Titan is a plus but not required.
