Our client, a fast-paced aerospace machine shop, seeks an experienced CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist for the first shift. They specialize in complex aerospace parts and assemblies, working with diverse materials and intricate designs. As a Boeing Silver-rated supplier, they are backed by a strong backlog from major prime customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of mill/lathe programming experience in an aerospace environment, proficiency in Mastercam, Surfcam, CATIA, and SolidWorks, and the ability to set up, operate, and inspect their own work with minimal supervision.
