Responsibilities
- Utilize software and digital tools for file setup and case access
- Prepare claims and dispatch letters of representation
- Gather records and manage medical treatment coordination
- Engage in communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
- Ensure the efficient and accurate handling of assigned cases to maintain workflow
- Offer overall support to the handling attorney
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude
- Exhibits high levels of organization with exceptional attention to detail
- Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience in Personal Injury case management
- Displays excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred (verbal and written)
