Responsibilities

• Utilize software and digital tools for file setup and case access
• Prepare claims and dispatch letters of representation
• Gather records and manage medical treatment coordination
• Engage in communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
• Ensure the efficient and accurate handling of assigned cases to maintain workflow
• Offer overall support to the handling attorney

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and maintains a positive attitude
• Exhibits high levels of organization with exceptional attention to detail
• Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience  in Personal Injury case management
• Displays excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred (verbal and written)
