Our client seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Information Systems Analyst to analyze, develop, and enhance computer information systems that meet organizational needs. This role requires expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, proficiency with HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, and the ability to translate user requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development and Maintenance : Analyze user requests, design solutions, develop and debug applications, and modify existing systems to meet evolving needs.
• SDLC and ALM Expertise : Apply SDLC methodologies for system processes, leveraging HP ALM for business modeling, test planning, and progress reporting. Provide training on ALM usage and maintain testing dashboards.
• System Administration and Security : Manage system access, implement security measures, and document system configurations to maintain operational integrity.
• Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct system tests to validate performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure optimal system functionality.
• User Support and Reporting : Assist users with system requirements, create custom reports, and provide technical support for efficient system utilization.
• Collaboration and Development : Stay updated on technology trends and collaborate with teams to optimize systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience : Proven experience in system analysis, design, and application development, with proficiency in HP ALM, including business modeling, test planning, and report generation.
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Expertise in system and network administration, including user access and security management.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and report generation in ALM.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to document system requirements and collaborate across teams.
