Title : Scrum Master

Role : Full Time ( no sub con or C2H )

Mode : Hybrid

Location :Indianapolis

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospective.

• Support the Team: Help the team stay focused on their goals remove obstacles and protect them from distraction. Coach Team Members: Guide the team in Agile practices and principles fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Manage Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication

• Monitor Progress: Track the team's progress using tools like burndown charts and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards

• Manage Level 3 Support: Respond to tickets assign ticket to team members Track the progress of tickets provide updates document the ticket resolution

• Manage Ticket metrics Onboarding and Transition: Onboard team members on the project Manage the overall transition of the work from other teams

Skills and Qualifications:

• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies SCRUM and Kanban

• Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the team

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may hinder the team's progress

• Experience: Previous experience in a Scrum Master and Kanban role and familiarity with software development processes

• Domain Experience: P&C Tools

• Experience: JIRA JIRA Service Desk Confluence WIKI

• Technologies: JAVA SpringBoot AWS Incident

• Management Experience: Level 3 ticket support experience Onboarding & Transition Experience
