IT Specialist 1- onsite in Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities:

• Deploying new laptop and equipment
• Providing equipment and hardware for new hires to the organization and setting up access
• Provide Tier 1 support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Provide resolution to Tier 1 tickets via email, phone, and onsite
• Image and set up new machines
• Diagnose and resolve tickets and maintain proper documentation
