Job Description:
- Develop and execute communication strategies for various audiences.
- Handle media inquiries and create marketing materials.
- Manage community engagement and stakeholder relations.
- Prepare employees for internal and external events and communication requests.
- Create internal communication materials (newsletters, presentations, flyers).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive tour program. (This includes designing engaging tour routes, creating informative materials, and establishing processes for scheduling and managing visits.)
- Coordinating with stakeholders to understand their needs and interests.
- Managing logistics such as scheduling, transportation, and site accessibility.
- Providing expert on-site coordination to ensure a smooth and informative experience.
- Ensure the safety and security of all visitors by enforcing site safety policies and providing clear instructions and guidelines.
- Create graphics and other visual materials for internal and external use.
- Produce, film, and edit videos.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Track stakeholder interactions.
- Assist with coordinating meetings and events.
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in communications (agency or corporate preferred).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer skills and relevant software.
- Results-oriented and adaptable.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and readily adjust to changing demands.
- Flexibility to support a variety of business needs, including both communication and administrative tasks.
Education/Training/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
