This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $26.88/hour - $31.48/hour

The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing communications strategies and initiatives that promote the company’s products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, content creation, and digital marketing, and will be skilled in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with a variety of audiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:
  • Develop and produce high-quality content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media.
  • Create clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing and R&D to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.


  1. Campaign Management:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing communications initiatives.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making.
  1. Event Coordination:
  • Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and webinars to promote company products and services.
  • Coordinate logistics, create promotional materials, and follow up with event participants.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or public relations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style as needed.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce.com, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design principles (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a positive attitude and a passion for storytelling.
