Senior Digital Product Manager, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)

Role Overview

Cinch Home Services is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Digital Product Manager to lead and expand our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital product offerings. This role requires a seasoned product leader with a passion for customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and agile execution. You will play a pivotal role in defining the vision, driving the roadmap, and delivering exceptional value to our customers while achieving key business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and articulate a compelling vision and product strategy for the DTC line of business.
  • Align product priorities with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives to drive sustained growth.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in on strategic initiatives.

Roadmap Ownership

  • Own and maintain a dynamic, prioritized product backlog, ensuring it reflects both customer insights and business goals.
  • Define and execute a clear product and testing roadmap, incorporating A/B experiments and data-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate on quarterly OKRs and lead weekly activities to ensure progress toward objectives.

Customer and Market Insights

  • Dive deep into customer behavior, feedback, and market research to uncover opportunities for product innovation.
  • Leverage data analytics, consumer psychology, and UX best practices to inform product decisions.

Agile Execution

  • Act as the Scrum Product Owner for the DTC product, working closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business teams.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure iterative delivery of high-value features.
  • Champion Scrum best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the cross-functional team.

Experimentation and Analytics

  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Serve as the voice of the product, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, releases, and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to align goals and deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions.
  • Build strong relationships across marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to drive shared success.


Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager/Product Owner, with a focus on digital products.
  • 2+ years of experience managing B2C products, with a strong understanding of customer lifecycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced, lean, agile environment.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing funnels, landing page optimization, and consumer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles, design thinking, and consumer psychology.
  • Technical proficiency in development processes, QA workflows, and agile tools like JIRA.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing customer journey maps and driving omnichannel strategies.
  • Familiarity with roadmapping tools and processes
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and analyzing complex experiments (A/B and multivariate testing).
