Job Summary:

The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical projects. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale mechanical systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical project planning, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Mentor and support junior project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical projects, preferably in mission-critical or large commercial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• PMP certification is a plus.
