We are hiring for an Associate Consultant to work within our Cleantech Software practice in North America, reporting to the practice leader. The role will focus on placing senior Sales / Marketing and Product leaders within our Cleantech Software clients.
This team partners with startups and industry leaders in areas including: Energy, EV / Transportation, Agriculture Tech, Carbon Credit Markets / Analytics, Carbon Accounting, Building Management, and Supply Chain Visibility.

Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and actively headhunting mid to senior level candidates for clients across North America ensuring technical, cultural, and experience fit for key roles within industry leaders.
- Market research and candidate market mapping
- Discussing individual candidate needs & providing professional advice on opportunities
- Reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating candidate shortlists for clients
- Briefing candidates on the role, salary and benefits
- Organizing and preparing candidates for interview as and when requested
- Providing feedback to candidates following interviews
- Discussing job offers with successful candidates
- Negotiating salaries and finalising arrangements for placements
- Attending conferences and industry events to keep abreast of the latest developments within both the recruitment marketplace and the renewable energy industry.
What are we looking for:
- Interest in Cleantech + Software (experience recruiting for SaaS companies, or in Sales at a SaaS company is a plus)
