Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Document Control Admin to be responsible for ensuring all job packets are accurately prepared, completed, and submitted on time while maintaining compliance with customer requirements. This role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple documentation processes effectively.


PV Hardware (PVH) is a leading provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market. Our product portfolio includes trackers, fixed structures, and SCADA systems, designed to optimize the performance and reliability of solar energy projects worldwide.


Qualifications:

Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience is preferred

Language: Must be fluent in English. Conversational Spanish is nice to have.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections upon receipt to ensure materials meet required standards.
  • Analyze customer quality control requirements and incorporate them into Quality Plans (QP).
  • Effectively communicate customer quality control requirements to the team.
  • Gather Material Test Reports (MTRs) and inspection documentation from suppliers.
  • Collect internal quality and production inspection reports in alignment with customer-specified frequencies.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams on Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and delivery schedules.
  • Compile and prepare final job packets for submission to the customer.
  • Complete JSAs for site work, including pre-commissioning tasks.
  • Perform additional document control tasks as required to support project needs.
