Job Description:

• Perform steps needed to plan and execute testing of compliance with laws/regulations and operational risks of complex policies/procedures.
• Assist with the creation, review, and execution of test steps to identify compliance and operational risks.
• Follow direction of Leads/Director, to include providing input and subject matter expertise, on areas of testing.
• Utilizing critical thinking and project management skills aid the testing team in completing all tasks in a timely manner.
• Experience in HR and Compensation field and Audit experience.

Qualifications:

• Need to understand this control is intended to mitigate risks for regulatory requirements.
• Being able to understand these attributes & test scripts, that are intended to evaluate whether holistically the risk is mitigated.
• True testing background and Audit background.
• HR experience (especially compensation experience).
