Company Description:

RSVC Company is a Construction General Contractor and Service Maintenance Company that was established in 2004. We serve the grocery, retail, restaurant, and commercial facility industries, and are looking for new team members that want to grow and advance their careers in the construction industry. We are looking for a Plumbing Estimator to join RSVC Company.

Plumbing Estimator

Responsibilities:

- Estimate projects ($1M and under).

- Manage bids from pre-bid to post award.

- Provide detailed recaps to review with management prior to bid.

- Assist in development of project schedule of values and construction tasks.

- Attend bid walks and/or bid meetings as needed.

- Assist project managers with change order estimating and compilation.

- Assist in material pricing and buyout.

- Maintain record of individual bids with win/loss record.

- Work with management to assist in developing bidding strategies for in-house and external projects.

- Other various tasks assigned by management.

- Position requires an in-office presence of Monday-Friday during normal business hours.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial estimating, plumbing preferred (in-field plumbing experience is a plus).

- Intermediate or Advanced experience with computer software (especially Microsoft Office and Teams).

- Familiarity with construction software such as Sage Estimating, Trimble MEP Essentials, Bluebeam, and Procore.

- Ability to create recaps spreadsheets with formulas.

- Ability to work independently and know when to consult other members of the team.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, open-office environment.

Compensation:

- $85,000-$95,000 per year DOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
