Job Description :
The position works closely with the project management team, assisting with various project administrative responsibilities to ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish. The Senior Project Coordinator role is relied on heavily to provide needed support to project managers and enhance communication among the project stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops a strong working knowledge of projects to provide administrative support to project managers on project documentation.
- Obtain and maintain data, information, and communications required on projects for project managers, engineers, contractors, or other project related entities.
- Support Project Managers in achieving project success by focusing on effective email and verbal communication, ensuring project documentation adheres to company processes and procedures, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction to end users.
- Schedule and participate in project team meetings, including hand-off, kick-off, interim, and post-project meetings. Provide written summary of meeting notes and key findings to share with leadership.
- Oversee project folder set up and organization and assisting with project document control.
- Request, track, and follow-up on material submittals, purchase orders, and subcontracts. Assist with insurance and client documentation requests.
- Review project plans and specifications and provide document control as needed to keep construction team up to date on current design.
- Responsible for the project closeout process, including requesting O&M manuals, warranty requirements, and as-built documentation. Create written summary of completed projects and update portfolio on website.
- Responsible for publishing the company newsletter on a quarterly basis. Maintains database of employee resumes for project proposals.
- Represent company professionally to clients and employees.

Qualifications & Skills Desired:
- 5 plus years of Construction related work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Project coordination experience in a construction or manufacturing setting.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Bluebeam and Foundation preferred.
- Ability to do detailed work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
